I too ordered a door Vision building products. I ordered it thru David a employee at US rollup door / Vision building products. after a couple of weeks I called them over the phone. No one would answer, all I got was to leave a voiuce message. I left it with the ordering department. I called back a day or so later and left a message with the customer support and David whom I ordered it from. No responce! I then called again for the next week and all I got was their voice mails were full. I then Emailed David the person I talked to and their [email protected]. This David actully Emailed me personally to help with my order thru PAYPAL. I finally call the company in Mesa Arizona and Florida where VBP order their doors to sell to the public and the main company in Florida says that they have not got any orders or shipped any thing to Vision building products since the first part of July. My order was made to them thru PAYPAL around the 29th of July. Even the main supplier in Florida and Arizona knew there was some kind of problem with VBP, a distibutor for their doors. We have emailed VBP thru PAYPAL, Which is the proper way to start a dispuite, PAYPAL states. It has been over three weeks now. I geuss PAYPAL wont pay you back until and IF they get the money, them selves. From now on I will always and ONLY use a Credit card thru my credit union, Its easier to get it put back later if there is problem. The other way if not guaranteed. I am out over 340.00 and still no 502 model rollup door!

At the time of ordering, Vision building Products (David) would not accept credit cards Which I wanted to use, he said they only accepted orders thru PAYPAL and you could not order direct from there website. You had to call them first to place your order then finish thought PAYPAL. You could not order from there site, so there was no recipt from them just a PAYPAL recept. I noticed at the time I put this complaint in there had already been two other complaints from the same company with very similar actions.
