This time the credit card company who has informed me that they are reinstating the charge on my account. Apparently I mis-understood when they removed the charge at first which was until they did they're little investigation and are choosing to believe that lying bullsh*t company who are saying I never cancelled with them OR returned they're crappy, good for nothing product. They say I can rebut but what's the point as it's my word against those criminals and I'm not trusting for one minute that they're going to change their collective minds or whatever and start believing me. They had they're opportunity now I'm cancelling them. (Not that I'm going to make such a good mail order customer after this). Must be good business to back bad business. I'm washing my hands of this, those lying theives can have that little money of mine and all the evil that comes with it. And there will be a price to pay.

As of the 17th my credit card account was refunded as a result of filing a dispute form with my company. I so appreciate your guidance in dealing with this situation. Thanks again!
