HORRIBLE JUST HORRIBLE!!!
chip Law, the owner of Vista Pools is a crook and runs a very shady business. He installed a new pool liner in the fall of 2015. He immediately closed up the pool, so I did not know all the issues until this Spring we he opened the pool.
First off...The pool liner has too many wrinkles in it to count. I am told this is a very easy thing to get right. Second...The bottom of the floor underl the pool liner is all rocky and the worry is that it could puncture the pool liner. He neglected to smooth out the bottom of the floor. And last....the pool leaks water. He came over at least 4 times to repair the leak. However, It still leaks. In the meantime I learned about the history of him/his business and asked that he not step foot on my property again without my permission and that I was planning on having another pool company come out and inspect his work. Of course, he did not like this at all.
I had a professional pool company come over (asked a few neighbors who they have used) to assess the damages and they gave me an estimate of $1900.00 + to fix his shoddy workmanship. I have since learned that everyone in the pool industry knows of him and says to me that "I am so sorry you hired this guy" I founc out theat he has been sued numerous times, but has not paid the judgments. I also learned he has changed his pool company's name to avoid BBB complaints and start fresh, but his reputation continues no matter how many times he changes his company's name. I cant tell you how upset I am. I had ovarian cancer last year and lost a lot of income. He knew this and that I was taking out a loan to pay for his serviced. He said he would take care of me and give me a good deal. He talks a good talk. Puts on the charm. All I can say it WOW! I don't know how someone can sleep at night ripping customers off like this.
