Vitamax Garcinia They stole my money Tempe Arizona
I live in Australia and I ordered the "free trial" almost a year ago unaware I was singing up for ongoing deliveries. Whilst I was on vacation I had over $200 taken from my bank account (Australian dollars).
When I returned home I contacted the company via e-mail cancelling any future shipments. I assumed I would get the shipment they had already charged me for but as a couple of weeks went by I had still received nothing.
I e-mailed the company requesting a refund of the $200 as I had not received the product, I had also attempted to call them on their "toll free" number but as I live in Australia this was not able to be connected.
I got a reply email from the company saying they tried to call me but could not get through, I replied stating I was in Australia so maybe e-mail would be the best option for communication unless they are willing to pay the international call cost.
I received no further communication from them, I have sent 5 emails regarding the money they have "stolen" from me and as yet I have received no replies.
I don't know what other steps to take as I am international.
$200 is a lot of money.
