Vocational Guides, Tennesee ripoff
This company was supposed to help you get jobs working for the post office. They charged my credit card $69.99 even though on the phone they told me that it would cost $49.99. They told me that they would not bill my credit card until two weeks after the call was made and if I decided to cancel before the two weeks they would not send me anything. I called atleast 5 times to cancel and all I got were answering machines. I left messages everytime telling them not to send anything just as the recorder said to do. They still billed my credit card the 70 bucks and sent me the materials. I called again and they told me to send the materials back and they would refund me NOT including the shipping and handling. THey said shipping and handling cost $10 but it only cost me $3 to send the package back. And why should I have to pay for the shipping anyway? I called to cancel! It has been 2 months and I haven't seen my money yet even though I know they recievd the package because I sent it certified!
