I contacted this company for a white label phone system. I tried to get a demo from them and was told that I would have to pay $200 fee to get the demo going, but they'd just refund me the money when the demo was done.
I never recieved a demo and they billed me the $199. In fact, they continued to bill me the $199 every single month after that. When I called to have them remove the charges, I got the runaround. When I told them I would dispute the charges, they said they would charge me an additional $100 fee if I did that.
Total Scam.

VoIP Innovations Does Not Charge for Demos

At VoIP Innovations we have never (and will never) charge for a Demo of our Wholesale VoIP BackOffice platform. Those who are interested in learning more about our services are shown a video walkthrough with an Account Manager and they have the opportunity to see exactly how our services work before they commit to anything. We also offer a Free Trial where no credit card is required and we even load a $5 credit onto the trial account. Users are able to buy DIDs and even send test calls and if they want to sign up for a full-blown account; they can upgrade at any time. Even though no credit card information is required for the Free Trial and it automatically ends after 14 days, users can also cancel the Free Trial at any time. We take our customer service very seriously and strive for excellence every day. We are always excited to meet potential new customers and show them how we can provide the tools that empower them to grow their VoIP business exponentially with our industry-leading wholesale VoIP Technology.
