Purchased a set of headphones from the turtle beach company about 6 months ago, worked fine and I was pleased with the quality of the product. After 6 months of use one of the wires was stripped and I had to refer to my warranty which required me to send them in. I had to pay for shipping a 13 dollar charge because they also have you send it via a trackable method to "aviod it being lost" and after watching it arrive in elmsford, come all the way back to california then go all the way back across country they said they recieved it.



After about one week i recieved the earphones back, i noticed that the microphone plug was bent but after i tested it i noticed no real damage. After a week after I had recieved my headphones back I noticed that there was static comming from one of the headphones and i found that ANOTHER wire had been stripped inside, as well as the bent microphone tip had broken off from being unplugged after each use!



I quickly sent another email back to the company explaining what had happend, (because the repaired products only have a 30 day warranty). After 4 days i recieved no reply, I sent another email and after another 4 days still no reply. So i sent a final email explaining what had happened and that this was the third time and final time i would be sending an email before i took further action.
