Wagon Master Truck and Trailer specifically Ty, was has not kept their word and effectively ripped me and my buddy off for over $2500.00. We custom ordered trailers from Wagon Master Trailers built by Freedom Trailer. Ty was told the type of car we were hauling, told we wanted ramps in the trailer, told the car was large and we needed an escape hatch built into the trailer so we could open the door and exit the car through the door. We had custom length trailers, triple axels (custom), extra length (custom) everything custom. The sales order stated escape door 48X54. When we went to pick up the trailers (two were ordered) the door escape door was set too far back for our cars, and it was a 54X48 (too short for the car door to open into it). When checking with the factory they said the door was in the "standard place" and our sales person, Ty, should have told them where to put it. Ty did not order the trailer properly. It was unusable to us and we left the trailers there. Ty agreed to sell the trailers and refund our deposit $1,250 each $2500 total. After 4 months he has not listed the trailers, don’t' know if he sold them and has not returned emails or calls. Ty has ripped us off for $2,500 and did not do his job. . We attempted to get the credit card company to deny the charge and return our money but Ty fought it and blocked the card from refunding. He says the deposit was non-refundable, however he told me he would do the right thing and refund our money. He hasn’t – he lies.
