Wahoo Marine North West Florida Outboard Machine this owner should be put in jail He has my 5000$ and moter which we cant get back Pensacola, Florida
Last year we sent our 200hp merc with $5000 from NY to FL to be rebuilt after several months we got the engine . It ran for one half hour . after we got towed back our mechanic determined the engine was never rebuilt After many phones calls we were told by Jim to return it for rework Its now over one year and after many promises and lies we could not grt him to return our engine or money A outstate attorneywould be to costly Is there an authority or class action we can report or join

We at Wahoo Marine, by NWFloridaOutboard, has honored every warranty for every customer. Any customer having a complaint can use the above information to contact us.(1-877-BOAT2628) Email Address: [email protected] Every customer receives a sales contract and on the reverse side of the contract is our stated written Limited Warranty.
This Warranty has been in place for over 25 years. All customers requesting service must provide the original sales contract. I hope the customer from New York can provide the basic information(sales contract and shipping receipt). Wahoo Marine is happy to honor your warranty with the correct information.
