What turned out to be wrong with your car and what did a simple oil change at Wal-Mart have to do with it? You must have had a reputable mechanic tell you your car trouble was a direct result of Wal-Mart's actions. Where is the rest of the story?

The same thing thing happened to our car after taking it to the Lake Delton, Wi Wal-Mart. We took it in for a simple oil-change and after that it drove bad one day and just died the next day! The car ran just fine before we took it in. We never however prosued Wal-mart! I have no regrets for the store itself cause I LOVE TO SHOP AT WAL-MART!! THANKS

First, does the fact that this person can't spell or write well indicate anything about them? Then, they are slinging mud at a large company with a vague complaint about their cars having to be towed after an oil change or a tire appointment. A customer is very able to bring a poorly running vehicle in to a shop for either of those things, decline any other services due to cost or in ignorance to the need of other services, and go on their merry way and break down shortly after. I hardly see how they should be making such serious accusations without more details and more proof. If they have a legitimate complaint, they should take it to Wal-Mart directly. First to the Supervisor, then Store Manager, then District or Corporate Managers. Also, how long are these "reports" going to stay on the web? It shows it was posted over a year and a half ago.
