You have created multiple accounts on multiple sites and just copied the same complaint over and over again?
You are truly pathetic.

You filed the exact same complaint on other sites. You aren't accomplishing anything except embarrassing yourself. A lot of people in a lot of stores didn't get the items they wanted on Black Friday. It's a crazy time for stores and for customers.Mistakes are bound to happen. That doesn't mean it's a scam, a trick, a con, etc...sometimes a mistake is just a mistake. Human beings work at that store and believe it or not, they aren't all out to scam you. Get over it and move on with your life already.Speaking of slogans, yours should be "I didn't get my incredibly low end laptop WAHHH"

For better or worse I was at several wal-marts on Black Friday and didn't notice any hitches or complaints with anyone in any of numerous lines with tickets. They were as fair as they could possibly be given the extraordinary demand for these deals. The fact that the manager was going to make a 20% accomodation on a "better" unit was rare for Wal-mart. They don't make money on these units; they do on the accessories. They do pride themselves though, in serving the needs of those most in need, the disadvantaged and those in the lower socioeconomic levels by offering these deals.

WalMart doesn't make any more profit from a $298 laptop than they do for the $198 laptop. In fact, I doubt they are making any money on either as those are "doorbuster" specials. WalMart makes money on accessories, not the laptops. Those clerks do not really care if you get a $198 or a $298 laptop.
Perhaps the vendor undershipped the amount of laptops going to WalMart or perhaps the clerk who told you they had 97 made a mistake. I don't know. The point is, they had a limited supply of laptops and those went to the people who stayed in line. This is why WalMart's ad said that all items were available in limited quantities.
I understand your frustration but these things happen. More laptops were not going to magically appear no matter how many times you stamp your feet and pout like a small child. The manager tried to work with you but even he didn't have the power to magically produce three more $198 laptops. You also had an opportunity to buy a better laptop for about $40 more and even that wasn't good enough. (let's be real though, both laptops are of poor quality.)
I don't blame you for being unhappy. However, that does not mean you were ripped off. Especially since the manager tried to work with you.
