Walter lipscomb Took money and property amd ran, cannot locate Henderson and las vegas Nevada
Walter lipscomb photographer videographer from las vegas took my personal thumb drives and 850 dollars and then changed his contact info and ran with it. I have not heard from him and his european girlfriend/wife in months. I hired him to fix my wedding video and he just took my money and ran. I have had much difficulty trying to contact him. Dont ever hire this couple for this type of business. He was very motivated on our first meeting before i paid him. He said that he would take care of me bc we were both veterans. He said this" I work for you now. We are going to meet at least 10 times and review these videos until we get it right" I cannot find him.
