Wanted Auto Protect Wanted Auto Protect has dissapeared - no phone no email Cherry Hill New Jersey
I purchased a service contract for $2,300 on February 9, 2016. I had not used the contract until today, when there was a minor A/C issue. My shop attempted to contact Wanted Auto Warranty and the phones are disconnected and email is not being returned. My sales rep was Jay Olsen.
I had read through many reviews before making this purchase. Even the negative ones seemed like a reasonable disagreement and were resolved in some form of compromise. I never expected that they would simply take my money and disappear!
I doubt that anything can be done when you simply have unscrupulous business people, but I certainly hope others are not duped by this same organization when they rebrand and come on the market again. Be very careful in your dealings with these organizations and if you know Jay Olsen…do not trust him!
