You said you sent in for the rebate for a box set you had and you said you sent the upc. The offer states you need to send the upc or proof of purchase tab for each season not 1 upc for the set. Also the letters that they send you do state why your rebate was not processed and gives you until a certain date to fix the problem and resubmit. If you call the toll free number on the rebate form anybody there can explain why you received the letter and how you could have fixed it.
