Warner Park Apartments Total ripoff. lost my girlfriend over it. almost ruined my life. dirty ripoff dogs Tacoma Washington
Me and my girlfriend, and her two kids lived in the apartment for a year. However, during the course of the year, we had problems like noise, neighbors doing drugs next door, and damages to the apartment that were never fixed, despite repeatedly reporting these things.
The final straw came when the manager had the nerve to call CPS on us. This caused my girlfriend to be scared enough to move away 400 miles to Idaho, when we did nothing wrong. She eventually broke up with me because I couldn't move over there with her, as I have 2 part-time jobs I had to keep.
This landlord nearly ruined my life. I was fortunate enough to be in a new apartment today, just because they couldn't verify my rental history, thank god, and I am now re-building my rental history, destroyed by this rip-off b**ch. Avoid the Warner Park Apartments, as well as anything with Dobler Management's name on it.
