You stated the copy of the contract mailed didn't look like your original. If you were able to compare the original to the copy, what did your original state about coverage. If your original contract shows it should be covered, why not let the company know? Did your original have your signature on it as well? You stated the warranty was bought in March of 2007 and you had a repair in April. Then you have another repair two years later. Are you sure your dates are correct? Maybe you had another warranty from a different company. It's not 2009 yet which according to your dates is when the 2nd repair occurred. Just curious.
