So, let me see if I understand - the guy at the repair shop, who has motivation to replace your entire transmission when you only need a torque converter because he makes more money told you that you HAVE to have a new transmission, so somehow Warranty America "lied"......?? I'm not really following that. I'm the CFO of this company and let me tell you - we have ASE Certified Techs on staff with many years of experience in the field, and one ASE Certified Master Technician. If they say based on their expertise that you only need a torque converter, then neither you nor I are qualified to say otherwise. For you to post this is entirely misleading and inappropriate. That being said, we ARE the type of company to take care of any problems, so if that's true and your transmission is "slipping", then by all means call in and my people will work with the shop to find the problem and we will determine if we have coverage under the contract terms. If it's something related to the previous repair, of course we will take care of it.
