Ashley purchased a 4 year warranty policy from us on 2/21/06. The warranty policy is still in effect until 2/21/10. Ashley still has the warrranty policy and it is still in effect and now she wants the 100% Money Back Guarantee as well. Yes, You do the math. She wants the warranty for FREE. What a Country! She is the person who should be listed on this website. I guess she figures every company that does business in the world should just give their products away. I am enclosing a copy of the Terms and Conditions that are clearly posted on our website http://www.warrantyexperts.com/warranty-faq.asp Money Back Guarantee - Terms and Conditions If you have no claims of any kind before the full term agreement expires, We will refund you the full purchase price of the extended service contract. The following terms and conditions apply. 1. You must own the warranty policy until the full term expires to qualify. 2. The vehicle or boat must be registered in the name of the policy holder at the time of warranty expiration for refund. 3. Only the following terms apply for refund: New - 6 and 7 year policies Used - 3 and 4 year policies 4. You must remit a copy of the original quote and warranty policy 30 days or 1,000 miles before the warranty expires to apply for the 100% refund. I think these Terms and Conditions are pretty self explanatory. You can't still own the policy and get your Money Back! Warranty Experts have been in business over 20 years. Our claims reputation is impeccable, 0 claims complaints in that time and in the warranty business that's unheard of. We try our best to make everybody happy in every situation but in Today's world that's impossible. I will personally handle any unhappy customer and that not many! Please feel free to contact me at any time. Sincerely, Dave Gardner www.WarrantyExperts.com
