I had deposited $160.00 in cash into my Washington Mutual account through the ATM. A couple of days later, I look at my account and see that $80 dollars has been withdrawn. I call Customer Service to find out what that was for and they told me that I entered the amount wrong into the ATM. This is FALSE! I disputed this with Washington Mutual and the first time they said that the records where correct so I told them to do more research. I get another letter with a copy of the envelope I used which had $160.00 written on it and a copy of a deposit slip. First of all the deposit slip is not even mine. The person who counted the money wrote up another deposit slip with the amount of $80.00 on it and signed their initals. I called Washington Mutual Customer Service department and they said that there was nothing they could do about the research proved to be correct. This is false and and I know for a fact that I deposited $160.00.
I counted twice, filled out MY deposit slip, followed the prompts on the ATM machine. These people are theives and becareful..DO NOT DEPOIST CASH INTO THE ATM.
