Waste Management Don't sign contract with Waste Management Burnsville, Minnesota
We signed a contract with Waste Management 9-25-08 for 3 years. We wanted to cancel the contract after the 3 years but found out it automatically rolls over for 3 more years if you do not read their fine print and do exactly as they dictate. They come in the beginning and undercharge local haulers than as time goes on they continually raise prices.
We were off a month to send in notice of cancellation now they say we are obligated for 3 more years. Their contract is very deceptive and misleading. We feel their fine print rules do not give full disclosure.
Their company talks of us honoring their contract--where is their honor. We are landlords and deal with contracts all of the time. We value our renters and work with them. We do not want unhappy renters on our property--I don't know why Waste Management would want unhappy customers. We are so bitter dealing with them that we will never by happy no matter what the price is.
