I joined Waterfield Credit on April 5, 2009 and immediately received a autoresponse from Linda Stellhorn, requesting additional information and informing me that I would receive access to a website, https://creditstatusnow.com, within one business day.

I provided the additional information, but have never heard back regarding the website. I have contacted Andrew Canole via e-mail and telephone - no response. I have contacted Linda Stellhorn via e-mail and telephone - no response. I have called the toll-free number; which results in transfer to a customer service type representative. But no one ever answers, you are placed on hold for a short time, then it goes to voice mail. I have left multiple voice mails and have never received a call back.

They have no problem taking my money. I even still receive constant marketing messages. I don't, however, seem to be geting anything else out of it.

I am now attempting to get my money back. I will update regarding how that process goes.

"Keith" needs to get his facts straight - Linda Stellhorn has NEVER contacted this person or did business with this person and is a former employee of Waterfield Credit. Since "Keith" never had contact with me I don't understand how he can undermine my name on the internet in a public forum. For the record I WAS an hourly employee at Waterfield and if "Keith" actually telephoned the 800 number of the company and asked he would have been told I am not an employee. I'm sure my name may not have been removed from an automated email so I don't know why he assumed I personally sent it or had any responsiblity since "Keith" did not even bother to verify I was not an employee or assigned to his file. I know Waterfield Credit has both a team of receptionists who answer all calls during business hours to the main 888 line listed here. I also know they operate a client call center to handle client calls and I know they observe call time return standards. Perhaps Keith did not have voicemail, is was full or not operating. Keith I believe an apology is in order since you did little to investigate your own claim. How would you like someone to post your first and last name on a public forum due to your previous employment where you went above and beyond everyday to help clients. If anyone else has an issue with Waterfield Credit and sees my name please be assured I have nothing to do with the company and you can verify that by calling the main number for the company. Waterfield Credit does what it promises and I do not want to keep seeing my name maligned as since I don't work there I can't control what goes on. This is damaging to my personal and professional reputation and is quite undeserved. I look forward to your correcting your unwarranted attack of me.
