Watkins Manufacturing Corp Hot Spring Spas Poor quality and warranty Vista California
I purchased $9000.00 Hot Spring Spa with Ace saltwater system 18 months ago. My Ace saltwater cell stopped working. I called Hot Spring Spa customer sevvice and they stated cells last approx. 18 months to 2 years. Cell replacement cost $800.00 plus installation with 1 year warranty. Now that's a ripoff.

Watkins Manufacture Corp responds with sorry we didn't live up to your expectations. What kind reply is that. Try fixing your product with a better product that last longer than 18 months with a warranty longer than 1 year. Added to your overpriced ace cell replacement at $800.00 twice the expense of everyother cell replacement.
