Watlee construction Ryan Watley Doesn't pay their workers...will rip you off in a heartbeat. They will double bill you!! Stuart Florida
My husband worked for these people and now he is stuck. They had a company in Houston Texas but it went out of business. They ripped off a lot of people there. We have been trying to collect from them for 3 years in Stuart Florida. Always an excuse as to why they don't have the funds. However they spend like they are millionaires.
I would not recommend this company, as they have a terrible reputation. Thare have been known to double bill customers..

Im glad I found this topic in reference to Watlee/Watley Comstruction. I myself was a client of Ryan Watlee at one time. He completely lied to us throughout our job and never paid any of his employees. Some of the subs tried to file liens against our property because he never paid them. I found out from further investigation that Ryan Watley moved his operation from Texas where he screwed multiple customers. Ryan Watlee also has a pretty extensive criminal record in Florida. This guy is asking for a class action lawsuit. I hope someone serves it up real soon. ;)

The Report filed on this site is a fraudlent lie. The report was filed by a neighbor of the President of Watlee Construction. She filed this using a false name, and lied about what city she lives in. Watlee Construction is filing a libel suit against her, and this non sense post will be removed. Her name is Carol Owens, not Susan, and she lives in Stuart Florida, not Hobe Sound Florida. Her husband is not owed money, she thought that she could cause Mr. Watley grief by posting this ridiculous claim on line. Her mistake was that she used her personal email to signup for this site. It is a shame that sites like this dont require any proof before they let people post RIDICULOUS BLATANT LIES!
