Watsonville Roofing Ripoff Used a contractor who didn't know what they were doing Watsonville California
This company did a repair on the roof of my mobile home for over $1000.00 about two years ago. Within that time, the leak reappeared in the same spot. I had another roofing company come out and fix the same area for $750.00 just recently.
The first company, Watsonville Roofing, did not remove the comp down to the wood and so didn't see the problem, that the wood was rotted right through to the attic under the comp. In addition, they put nails through the comp in places where there were no joists underneath to take them and the nails they used were too long, so now I have all these nails coming through into the inside of my attic.
Some of the nails they put in weren't not even in the right places under the comp and so ended up rusting and coming out and water was able to leak in around them.

I recently had an encounter with watsonville roofing the owner of the company is Joe Martinez in Watsonville CA he came to my house without contacting me by phone said i never had a contract saying to take the roof down to the wood which is a big lie i sent to the contractors board a letter stating the complaint of how my roof was put on incorrectly so now the person will show a filed complaint against his record he came on my property and intimidated me and threatned me this is what i call bad business
