Just do quick search on this company even Yahoo and you will get alot of negative reports. Sounds like an up-sell outfit, you better have researched the prices of all their products before ordering from them.

If this order was placed online, how did he know you are Indian? Personally, I could not care less where someone is from, as long as their money is American. Save yourself the aggrivation. Spend your money with someone else. There are way too many good businesses that know how things work to waste any more time with that one. Good luck, and have a nice Holiday Season.

And you know it Amit!! Admit it, you didn't buy their extra accessories at inflated prices right? That's why they cancelled. They are pigs. If you don't accept their add-ons for hundreds more than the original purchase, they will call you names, insult you, hang-up on you and cancel your order. I really hope that someone knows these assholes and posts their where-abouts on the net so all the people they have done this too can beat the living crap out of them.

I believe your report, but the only unusual thing is that you were singled out for being Indian. If your story is true, I would encourage you to get members of your local Indian community involved and see if there is a pattern. The part that I find fascinating is that the person at WAWA could distinguish an Indian name versus Middle Eastern or Muslim name. Most common people wouldn't know the difference. If it happened as you said, the only way they would know your name is from your online order form. Either way - they don't want your money, so laugh at them and spend it at a competitor. That is always the best revenge.

This is the whole story, word for word ... how it happened. Even if the owner had a bad experience with tech support in India, what the hell does it have to do with someone purchasing a product. What kind of business-man you think this guy can be???

There must be more to your story. Is there something you left out? It seems pretty bizarre for such animosity without warrant. Perhaps the owner of WAWA had one too many bad experiences with computer tech support from India. Either way, don't spend your money with them even if they apologize.
