Wanted to sell my Mercedes quickly so I did the online application, they valued it at around $5,700 which did not seem out of line for the car.
So I called and they said to come on down, grabbed the title and made arrangements for a pick-up at the lot.
I arrived and met the guy, he said he was going to check it out and He went out and started it up, checked out all the accessories, windows , air ect.
He comes back in and We go in the office and He offers me $350, I looked at him, and He says " We gotta start somewhere" I was so upset when I left I forgot the extra keys in his office.
That's $350 for a car that the book priced at $6000............This company is a blantant rip-off
I wasted about 3 hours all told They are a bunch of crooks, I told everyone at work about my experiance, they could'nt belive it.
Put it on Craigslist and got $6400 for it and the guy drove from OHIO! He was very happy, paid a mechanic at a Firestone to put it on the rack and look it over so I knocked $100 off the price.
Stay away fron these crooks..........I understand buy low and sell high but they are CROOKS.
