Big Disappointment. This company should change their name to We Give NO Sound and Bad ADVICE.
This Company sold us second quality faulty home theatre surround sound system equipment. We spend thousands of dollars on "new Equipment" that We had to re -order twice because the "new equipment" that came out of the box was not working properly and defective. This in turn ,made me believe that they buy second quality equipment from the market. When I complained and questioned the integrity of their products to sales rep Richard Julien , he answered "this always happens", he also added that there is no guarantee that things will always work. Wow, he sure did not mention that in his sales pitch when he took our money. They certainly do not mention that in their Website. As a matter of fact I quote Peter Bushuri the CEO " We built our business on “Satisfaction”. We want you to be completely satisfied with your TV, speakers, home theater, etc. Actually we want you to be thrilled. " I never heard those words coming out of their mouths, not even an apology for all the inconvience. In my opinion, They hire UnProfessional technicians who provide subpar service because no self repecting experienced professional would work for this kind of company especially since they they sell defective products. We spend hours of our time rescheduling appts to have the same techs come out to try and fix bad equipment.
Bottomline , our home system is still not working and the only people responsible for that is the We give SOUND ADVICE company. There is no customer service or accountability for the poor service which explains why the management and corporate office are non-existant especially when you need to make a complaint. This explains why this company had a major fall out many years ago. The CEO Peter Beshoui and AJ accused others for the downfall of the original company, however it seems to me their dishonesty, opportunism and lack of ethics is what caused the "original" Sound Advice company to fail. Re-opening this company by only making a slight change to the original name still does not change how they run the business from the inside. Shame on you.
