WeAreWeddings weareweddings Rip OFF DO NOT USE!!!! Glendale Hts. Illinois
If you or anyone you know are about to get married, DO NOT use a company called WeAreWeddings.com. They used to be inside House of Brides, in Schaumburg, IL, but now she runs the business out of her house. Her name is Marlene, and she is a bridal consultant and offers photography packages starting at 899.00 and you get all your pictures on one cd and then you can develop them anywhere and keep all the pictures.
What a great deal, huh? But what she fails to inform you is that she will call you up until the wedding, act all sweet and nice, promise that she'll fix and edit all the pictures & then after your wedding refuses to return any calls. I have called her 10 plus times in 9 months -not ONE call back & I even started to be firm & nothing. This is a family owned business and she and her sons do this out of there house.
Then to top it off, she tells me 2 weeks before the wedding that she will choose one of her photographers to take pictures of the wedding and that we are not allowed to meet with that photographer because that is how she keeps the prices down. Now I come to find out that the photographer used the lowest, absolute lowest resolution while taking my wedding pictures and I can't even get a big picture of my wedding developed. The largest I can go is 8x10, again she had promised no problem, I could go as big as 20x30, but I guess I can't if she has no business etiquette, can't return a phone call, breaks promises to edit the pictures and all that gargin. So, please beware of this scamming company that calls themselves a company!!!
