I was truely sorry that this happened. The truck that was supposed to pick this up was broke down. We were waiting on parts that were on backorder from the dealer that we purchased this from. I am sure that has happened to many of you. It was out of my control at that end. He asked for the refund after we sent the truck to pickup. I could not do that. If he had let me know prior to us going to get the car that he was going to cancel I would not have a problem with a refund. I offered 1/2 of the deposit back due to the break down. Sorry it did not work out Scott.

I booked this move and had it done. Then quote states that vehicles are normally picked up within 7-10 business days. This was done as agreed. I am sorry he/she is upset. If they are, just call me and I will try to work this out. Thanks.

Quote from customers email on initial setup of this agreement: "Car is a dirt race car, runs and can be driven onto the trailer.. I am very flexible. It can be sent anytime in the next 4 to 5 weeks from today June 18th." Customer gave us 4-5 weeks to move vehicle in the beginning of agreement then decided not to work with us after 3 weeks! Here at Webster Services we do not want to Rip off anyone and will not! Due to unforseen circumstances some vehicles take longer than planned and some move faster. We do not gaurentte the time frame in which a vehicle will be moved. The average is 5-10 business days. Unfortunately we can not have all people we deal with as happy as we would like. Our contract does states that the deposit is non refundable but we have refunded the deposit on the occasion that we could not take care of the customer in a timely manner. But when some things that are out of our control delay the process and the customer decides to attempt to use someone else without notifying us, then the deposit will not be refunded! As you can see from the customers letter and what was in his email to me; Scott did not allow us to complete this process and decided on his own to go elsewhere. Therefore I would not refund the money. Thanks for listening to both sides of this story!
