Richard, I was hired by you to drive for quallcom & I drove for them for 2 months. I was let go for having a digital memo recording device that I used every day for my total working time. Jim Poole , the supervisor you informed me was my boss & signed my hours to get paid from you. He / they took the device from me to inspect it for any company recordings and was supposed to return it to me.If I refused to surrender it I would not receive my final paycheck This was over 2 months ago & I've not had it returned to me. I've made numinous calls & they have not returned it. I told them to return it , send me a new one to replace it or send me $75.00 so I can buy another one myself. P.S. how come we were never given water to drink ? Or access to a drinking fountain ? EVER ? Or a a chair to sit in to eat our lunch ? Just told to sit in the sun on a dirty parking lot ground ?
