"I purchased a used vehicle that was certified by Weisleder as never having been in an accident." If you have some piece of paper from the dealer that represents that the car was never in an accident, then you've got grounds to take them to court. If you mean some salesman told you that it had never been in an accident then you're probably out of luck. You likely signed an "as is" agreement at purchase (which is common to most used car sales) that stated that you accepted the car in its present condition. Pre-purchase inspections and Carfax reports can drastically improve your odds of getting what you pay for.
