Well Connected Gifts repeatedly lied about shipping product Ripoff El Paso Texas
I placed an order in Oct. 2005 for 2 personalized tote bags, 2 personalized date books, and 2 pens (1 personalized) expecting these items in time for Christmas. I received 1 tote bag in about 4 weeks. The 2 pens and date books arrived about 10 days after Christmas. I have made several phone calls and sent many, many e-mails (which I still have). Every time I phoned I was given a different story. As far as the last tote bag goes, which I still have not received - I was told that is was shipped on Dec. 28, 2005. I believe this to be another lie! People DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH WELL CONNECTED GIFTS - you would be lucky to receive the items you purchased without a big run around from them. I will say this tho, after all the hassle, they did refund the money after I threatened them with contacting the BBB and the State's Attorney in Texas.
