Complaint Review: Wellington Royal Marble and Granite - Wellington Florida

 We hired Wellington Royal Marble and Granite in April 2013 to install granite countertops to our master bath and kitchen. On April 13th they came to install after being over an hour late. Husband saw the shape of our kitchen peninsula was wrong and refused the order. They said they can take it back and recut it but they had also put a seam in the wrong place. After Susana (president of Wellington Royal Marble and Granite) spoke to both husband and wife she agreed to give a huge discount if we accepted they placed the granite down to wait for wife to return home and look at it. They then installed the bathroom counters and dented both side of our walls .Susana agrees to a $200 credit for us to make repairs. Wife returns homes and they agree that the seam in the middle of the sink is horrible ( and one of the main points we went over Susana with while ordering) and the cutout is too much. Husband also says that while they were putting down the granite by sink base they pushed and Broke our outside kitchen bar then made him cut WITH THEIR TOOLS excess wood from underneath window. Susana agrees to re-do kitchen and her crew leaves mad and quickly leaving a piece next to our stove. We soon realize why they have left so quickly... They had scraped and bashed the drawers on BOTH sides of our peninsula and tried to hide it with caulk!Speak and e-mail Susana who agrees to repair it. We go on with our day and a couple hours go to look at our bathroom. AND notice sink is cracked and covered in caulk! On Monday Susana and fabricator (her father ) come and apologize for sink and want to come with cement to fix outside bar....we say no way we are going to get estimates. They agree and Susana says she has a person who does cabinets and will speak to him.They leave taking a drawer front. Then they start flip-flopping with how many drawers they will fix...they didn't break the outside bar..they didn't offer us that much to repair bathroom wall....etc...etc After arguing with Susana to have a piece of granite delivered to her store for inspection (she wanted us to go there...over an hour away). They come to install and since they have been changing their mind and I see them struggling with piece of granite I videotape the installation. I have them on videotape waiting untill wife leaves the room,cut the moulding and wall and slather on caulk to hide AGAIN! They leave overhangs that our different all over the kitchen and a piece cut too long that our drawer hits the stove when we open it. The WORST is yet to come because they did not cut a piece( the spot of the piece they left) I say to them do you have enough of the new granite to cut a piece for here because there is NO WAY this granite matches the first granite. Susana replies yes.we do and they will come maybe later ..Monday the latest to install piece. They next morning as I am wiping off the polish I now see what they did the sink base and peninsula is done in the new granite we ok at their store and the rest is re-cut from the first job! Totally does not match. Susana even writes an e-mail confirming their fraud and tells us to just put the piece back were done! They will not speak to the BBB and Palm Beach County Affairs. We have a video and the still refuse to give us our money!!!!
