The method of charging interest is inhuman. They had my address incorrect, so the first bill didn't reach me . I had to call to find out were my bills were. When I did they said it was my fault because I gave them the incorrect address.

That ,of course, is not true. They immed. started charging me interest. When I protested. the waived one interest rate, saying that they could only do it once.

When I told them that it was their error, well they just didn't want to hear that. The next month I mailed in the payment on time, but they said they didn't get it on time, so here comes another interest payment added in. We had another argument. They naturally won. My payment reached them just hours after they said it was due. How do I believe that???? So now this is the third month and the bill comes and they have added in more interest. Why, who knows! Calling them is not worth the time. They have this canned speech all ready. I'm a senior citizen and can't afford this. They are taking my grocery money so this is serious stuff. Though out the years I have a good history of paying my bills. This is the first time I have ever dealt with them and wish I had never heard of them.

Has others had this problem??? I have contacted the company where I bought my machine and told them not to use Wells Fargo.

I feel so bad this is happening to you..but it is another common ripoff technique.

Once again my sympathy. If I had extra money I would send it to you to help..but since the recession has kicked in my hours were cut and I have to sell my stuff on ebay to help make ends meet. The good news is I have more free time to work on the class action lawsuits against the worst of these banks business practices and policies. I have heard if what you are going through..it has been on the news and in the papers for a while. The employees and bank defenders on this site are going to either blame you outright..or give you advice like "pay the bill earlier", like that is going to ease your pain and hunger due to what this bank has already done to you. Everything is set up for them to best take advantage of people in your situation..and of course it is in their best interest and greed not to work with you, care about you.or show any compassion or human dignity..it is only about money to them..and fleecing all they can from the most vulnerable in today's trying times. I do suggest you do your best to publicize you experience. You may not get any money back, and the defenders and employees of the bank do not want you to..they just want to hold you accountable for the banks cruelty and at this point in time "legal" policies, but there are class action lawsuits in the workings. keep your eyes peeled and read through all the other complaints in this site, the sites where you will be asked to check..contact local and mainstream news sources..and write your congressmen. Sorry I can not offer more help to you at this time..perhaps someone else can?
