I found this company through a very reputable business to business website. I received pictures of their products and a price list in my email. I ordered two authentic Coach handbags from them as samples. I sent the payment of through Western Union on December 29, 2009.
On December 30, 2009, I received an email from Rose Li stating that the items I ordered were out of stock, but she could order from headquarters. Then I received an email with URGENT in the subject line stating that the minimum order from headquarters was 6 items and she wanted me to order 4 more items and send more money.
I refused and she said they would send me a refund. I have been waiting for a refund since December 30, 2009 and kept getting excuses as to why my money had not yet refunded.
The person I was corresponding with was Rose Li (Xiaobin Jiang). She said she was the manager of a Coach store in China at Nanjing Deji Plaza no. 18 Zhongshan Rd Nanjing, China. Her email address was [email protected].
I have never received a refund and have reported this company to the proper authorities in USA, China and to Western Union. Ive also reported them to the website where I found them and they are no longer able to do business there. As of January 20, 2010, I have gotten no response to emails sent to this company.

You should file your report here, too. I'm sure we're not the only victims.

we are on the same boat but yours is a little bit cheaper. I got ripped off for 10 bags. Same story as yours. First she said that the maximum order 18 as it is coming from the Coach Headquarters. She provided me with a tracking number that's not valid then she said its already in New York. 2 days later she is asking for customs duty fee , if I have to pay the customs fee I pay it on my end so I told her you are a scam but she stood her ground. She said I was totally wrong. If I am not going to get my money back I am going to make sure I will get my moneys worth and I found out the person she is in contact with in New York and I will make that person pay for it. I am waiting for COACH to get back to me.
