Be lucky that you dont or diddnt work for Covenant Transport! I used to work for Covenant and Werner and Cr England before and beleive me Werner beats covenant on many levels when it comes to how they treat thier drivers and employees (even with the long wait for repairs at Werner's Lithia Springs terminal for the junk equipment you usually get after orientation)

Hey there, no you don't have to wait 6 months inbetween companies. You can switch companies anytime and with as little time inbetween as you can possibly get hired. Companies don't like drivers being unemployed for extended periods of time with no reason behind it, so it's best before leaving your job with the way the economy is, to make sure you have a job lined up first! USA Truck Lines is a crap company to work for anyways man! You think Werner is bad? LoL!!! Atleast Werner has decent equipment that does 65mph. Covenant is a good company to work for. Since I didn't see you had any solo driving after training no company will recognize the "experience" you received from Werner. You have to be a solo or team driver after training and be getting paid by the mile before other companies will recognize you as an experienced driver. Covenant pays their trainees by the mile during training, which means their trainers are actual trainers because they don't receive any extra mileage pay like Werners trainers do. They don't get paid while you drive and they sleep like Werners trainers do. You just have to have your Hazmat now with Covenant and most companies are switching over to requiring hazmat now with the way the economy is. I hope that helps ya man!
