In regards to the comments posted...The reason for the problems that occurred awhile back was due to a technical problem we the company had.
We lost alot of information which was electronically filed therefore causing problems with some packets at that time. Without the customers addresses we had to wait on them to contact us so we could resend there information. Although some never contacted us others did and were very satisified with there packets when they received them.
Since then the technical problem has been resolved. Sincere apologies went out to the people whose information was lost, and when requested refunds were sent out.
