I called off of a sign offering a complete pool for under $25K. West Coast Pool Construction was using a different company name and website other then their company name and there was no license number on sign to verify exactly who they were. I was confused as to who I was calling. Tried to clarify with business owner and he was very evasive. Owner Terry Hale said that the price quoted was for the basics. I know from research that other companies are offering for far less. Tried to sell me more and insisted meeting in person to bait and switch. Entire conversation was just weird and I had a feeling not to pursue business with him. He has bad reviews all over the Internet and has signs plastered all over our neighborhood falsely advertising assuming another companies identity. Not the type of company with bad morals and ethics that I would want to do business with. Know that they use many other contractors names and have multiple websites all that direct to their West Coast Pool Construction site. Terry Hale seems to use this same type of Bait and Switch False Advertising tactic and strategy throughout Los Angeles County. They have multiple phone numbers on website and hide behind an answering service that states they are own numerous swimming pool building companies and that they are West Coast Pool Construction aka about 10 other companies. But when I checked to see if they are affiliated they are not. I called the State Contractors License Bureau about this and they stated they have had numerous complaints about this same issue with West Coast Pool Construction. I filed a complaint and also notified the BBB who said they are starting an investigation as well. There are too many reputable companies out there to do business with. See the image and Buyer Beware of West Coast Pool Construction and their signs around your neighborhood. Image has been cropped to protect the identify of the defamed business by West Coast Pool Construction!

I am the ex-wife of the person who wrote this fraudulent report as a way of posting negative reports and reviews about West Coast Pool Construction in order to defame West Coast Pool Construction in order to take over their prospective clients. My ex-husband was Myles Davis License # 921801This report written by ex-husband is completely untrue. My ex-husband was a struggling contractor lacking morals and ethics and is no way affiliated with West Coast Pool Construction. Please view West Coast Pool Construction’s legitimate positive references on the BBB site which are verified and on other legitimate platforms such as Google Plus pages and Yelp. My ex-husband moved out of state in 2009 and lost his contractor’s license. I encourage you to check Myles Davis’ license # 921801. I demand that Myles Davis the author of this bogus report provide some proof that the transaction/event really happened as it did not. The pictures Myles Davis uploaded are clearly copy and pasted and he used photo shop to make the bogus images. You may contact me directly to verify this rebuttal at (((REDACTED))).
The false allegations posted by Myles Davis are simply untrue and if I was you I would totally disregard the negative post.

in this day of age, everyone is trying to get thte upperhand so they try to tarnish their competitors image. i all reality terry hale- owner of west coast pol construction has been in business for many years . - check tem out at http://www.la.bbb.org/BusinessReport.aspx?CompanyID=13194360 - these things can't lie. Hpefully consumers will check the facts first - i was applaued to see such a good compnay in this rip off reports.

I'm very put off by the original post, as I know the owner of West Coast Pool Construction to be an honorable businessman who has been in the pool business for many years. He has an A-Rating with the Better Business Bureau, and builds some of the most dependable and beautiful pools and spas you will ever find.
Go to the website and check out the portfolio of his work - or better yet, ask for some references. Don't just believe one person's well-placed rant. Terry, I hope that your satisfied customers will join forces and post rebuttals here.
If anyone wants my opinion, contact me. I will definitely vouch for the quality of West Coast Pool Construction's work, service and commitment!
