They had tried to take money out of my checking and I have never had anythingto do with them. I stopped that from happening and now they sent me this email:

From: Jamie Bailey

Subject: payday loans

You've called and maybe e-mailed me, but have yet to set a concrete date to repay your payday loan.

This e-mail is to advise you, that I have yet to hear from you as to your intensions on how and when you will be repaying your payday loan within the month of February 2008. I've sent out several e-mails offering you settlement after settlement, this matter is not to be looked over or taken lightly.

Note: that it is my intensions to offer aid to resolve this matter as soon as possible and to retrieve the funds that were loaned to you in good faith, taking out a loan and not repaying it constitutes fraud/theft. This matter can be rectified, by simply repaying the loan within the time frame we specify, not on your own terms. Furthermore by neglecting your obligations to Loan Shop and/or its Affiliated Companies under the agreement that you agreed to, you authorized this Company to debit your account even if the account numbers are different than those on the original application.

I am trying to start a class action law suit against them, please reply below that you are interested.

1. How did they know your account number? 2. How did they know your email address? Maybe someone in your household took out the loan....
