Western Horizon Resorts St David RV Resort deceitful, misleading, false advertising Gunnison Colorado
I was a vicctim of their misleading and deceitful false advertising. My wife and I went to the presentation and was misled into buying a membership with the assumption we were getting more than what was actually sold to us. 2 weeks after we signed the contract I found out what was promised was a lie. I was told I would have free camping at Western Horizon Resorts and $0 to $9 camping fees at ROD and AOR Resorts. My membership also included memberships with ROD and AOR Resorts at no additional cost. None of this is true. I called my credit card company and intiated a dispute. I contacted Western Horizon Resorts about their false advertising and I was not paying anything for this contract. They told me I was responsible for the contract and it was past the 3 day rescind period. There has to be more we can do to stop this deceitful behavior. The rescind period has to be longer
