on november 19, 2015 I received an estimate for asphalting my driveway. Gave Sam Mendez a check for $1500.00 who promised the work would begin on november 20, 2015 around 1130 am. My check was cashed on november 19, 2015 .noon comes around on november 20, 2015 and I called this company at 909-705-6324. I was told the trucks were down and they would come on november 21, 2015 and would call before they came out. No call and no show on november 21, 2015. I called the same phone number that is on this companys flyer 909-705-6324 and received a recording stating "subscriber not in service". action to be taken is refund of my money and criminal charges to these people. I am 64 years old living on a limited income and can't afford to give my money away.I would go so far to add here that this is senior abuse.
