Westlake Financial Services Are HARRASSING, DESPARAGING, 3RD PARTY DISCLOSURE,NAME CALLING , THREATENING WITH ARREST , IDENTIFYING THERE SELVES AS OFFICERS AGENTS,EVERN TALKING TO MY CHILD ABOUT WHERE IS MY VEHICLE OR HE WILL BE CHARGED IF HE DOES NOT TELL THEM-HE'S 13!! Los Angeles California
Westlake has harrassed all of my references , my mother has even contacted an attorney as they leave detailed account information with threats on her machine-she still has them , they have spoken to and threatened my 13 year old with my arrest as well as his , they discussed my entire account activity with my ex-husband and explained to his my child is being charged as well as me and we will be arrested this monday.
they refuse my payments and a collector actually stated to me -" we only finance 2 kinds of people the kind we repo and losers like you! and if you dont want your car repoed get financed elsewhere" I asked if I were to pay would the account be ok she stated " no you are a risk and even if current we will repo as I have plenty of equity for them to make money" I was also called a welfare momma, and told they would report me to child services for fraud.
agent john ruiz has called to my ex-husband stating to him I as going to prison that he needs to take my son and even if I turn over the vehicle they will still pursue fraud charges. I am scared to pay them as they have stated they will hold my funds and not apply them to my account and still repo my vehicle, and that I should give my children to people who can pay their bills . also when i call back the phone numbers they call from they refuse names and company name , when I give them my name I am transferred to a fraud investigator for charges filed.
Agents also keep calling saying they have an appointment to pick up my vehicle and to arrest me . I dont know what to do , I am scared to pay and cant drive my vehicle they will not even give me payoff. My contract originated in florida, my mother is in northcarolina, their in california - they have broken the fair debt collection practices act in many ways .....Please help - Im scared they will jeopardize my childrens custody and my vehicle - they have already embarrassed and destroyed my credibility and privacy- even my relationship with my references .
