Trying to refinance the vehicle and Westlake refuses to provide me the information needed. My credit Uion is requiring a picture of the title since he would show no one else would be on the title with me. Westlake says they cant provide the information. Westlake then says my credit union must request the information directly and i cannot. My credit union then asked for the information and Westlake said it would take a copuple days and would be provided. Westlake never sent in the documentation. Now Westlake says they will not provide the information needed so I can refinance my vehicle. It has now been well over 30 days so my credit needs to be run again and the process must start again. The process cannot start nor finish it Westlake refuses to provide the appropriate information to my credit union. It is costing me money every month and is effecting my credit because I am getting inquiries for the refinance attempt that isnt being done.
