Wharten Logistics non-payment of contract wages ripoff Cherry Hill New Jersey
I was contracted by Wharten Logistics' Nick Schrade ext.118 for Lockheed Martin IT to install a new file server at the following location and time:

I finished the day and faxed in my time sheet totally $245 to the fax number listed with the expectation of payment in 30 days.
I have not heard from them. Their website no longer exists, the phones a busy for both voice and fax. It seems they picked up and left in the night without my pay.
I will pursue this with Lockheed Martin IT and through my Rep. who is Mr. Chet Edwards. I will post what I find out as I noted this has happened a few other times and I am sure more and more will turn up.
