Nobody has made any complaints to the Better Business Bureau. These are just people from Farrell, up to no good.

When I came across this complaint from MaSu from Toronto, I just had to publish a rebuttal concerning Paul Sandor and The White Cliff Group. I also had Paul Sander Design my system and Gregory do my cut in. Unlike Mr. MaSu, I have nothing but praise for Paul and his company. I have been dealing with Paul and his Salon for over year in In Indianapolis Indiana. They always do a professional job and the hair systems look natural and are undetectable. I should know. I used to be a Farrell customer,but couldn't put up with a different stylist everytime I went to their salon. Which is only staffed 2 days a month in Chicago. It was like a crap shoot everytime I went to Farrell . Farrell's customer service is non existent. Paul's White Cliff's Salon is open 6 days a week. If I have any issues, Paul and Monica will do what ever it takes to make you happy. It's a friendly place and very private. They have great customer service and the product is the best out there. Did I mention that I live in Chicago and drive the 3 hours each way to Indianapolis at least once a month. Believe me, I woud'nt be driving to Indianapolis if Idid'nt think they were the best. More Good News...Paul is opening a White Cliffs Salon In the Chicago are this summer !!... If you need to ask me any more questions . Give Paul a call at his Indianapolis Salon(Carmel IN) and he will give you my Phone number. A far as the guy from Toronto complaining, I think he was going to be unhappy no matter where he went!
