Steve and Patty Stiffler are not licensed real estate agents. They have never had a license and do not have one now.
Their company, White Pelican Realty, which they own 50/50 is a real estate sales company selling real estate in The Villages, FL and surrounding areas.
They previously had a "rent-a-broker" who put his license with White Pelican to allow the company to be formed.
When that "rent-a-broker" saw that they were using client trust funds to purchase luxury items such as BMW's, he decided to run for the hills and pulled his license from the company which means that the real estate company can no longer sell real estate while there is no broker.
BUT The Stifflers are liars and have ZERO regard for the law and so they are carrying on selling real estate and spending the escrow money just to keep themselves afloat.
Bad bad bad people. You should definitely look into any lawsuits against them before choosing to do business with them.

The creator of this fake news is our x-business partner Alistair Powell. He has now created 3 rip off reports to try to damage our good reputation. He also created numerous facebook pages to damage our honest business. He has also created Rip Off Reports on x-clients that he owes thousands of dollars to, an x-lover that he ripped off and eventually had to pay a settlement to, and x-business partners like us that just wanted to get away from him and his dishonest business practices.
If you Google Alistair Powell UK you will see story after story on who the REAL Rip Off is!

We have now received information that White Pelican (Patty Stiffler's Cleaning Company and Home Services Company) is being investigated by the attorney general, the state attorney, the Lake County Sheriff and the Department of Business and Professional Regulation for ILLEGAL UNLICENSED REAL ESTATE ACTIVITIES. The latest report is from 6/10/17 where it says Enforcement is now involved.

We are still waiting for the outcome of the chargeback at this time. The Niemi's have apologized and were informed that they were in contact directly with the owner of the home in cahoots - Mary DiPietro. It seems that Mary DiPietro is the real cause of this.
