STAY AWAY from Wholesale Appliance Corporation, Glen R., "halfpriceappliance", "usaliquidation", "discount.depot", "appliance.inc" and other of his Ebay companies in Sacramento, CA.
He advertises large, expensive used appliances, says he refurbishes them to factory specs, tells you they are in excellent condition, and sends an invoice outside of Ebay, which then voids the Ebay money-back guarantee, you no have recourse and he will not pay return shipping for the defective, damaged, not-as-advertised items that he sold you. The return shipping costs hundreds of dollars and no company has ever required that I pay return shipping for a defective item. Yet, somehow Glen thinks he can get away with it.
This was my experience and I can not leave feedback on Ebay, nor can anyone else he defrauded in this way. That is how he can boast 100% positive feedback, which is completely false because he manipulates that feedback by taking certain transactions outside of Ebay so negative feedback can't be left.
My terrible experience with him is the same as others' who left negative reviews on Yelp and another who filed a very similar complaint with the BBB of NE California last year to the same non-resolution. He knows how to work the system, get around the policies of Ebay, credit card charge-backs, etc.
He is running a scam , seems nice and helpful until you confront him on the defective item he sold you, then he becomes illogical and lies to avoid standing behind his defective products and false advertising.
