Wholesale Direct Real Estate Anthony Kiotsios They don't pay you for your work, you bring in files then they get rid of you so they keep the money that is made San Diego, California
I worked for Wholesale Direct for over two years, first starting in Loan Modifications now they focus on Short Sales. When they did loan modifications they stole money from almost everyone who paid a fee to get a loan modification. Now their focus in on ripping off the employee. When they hire you they promise to give you a fee for files you submit your first month which is not true. Then they tell you that it will only take 3 months to get paid on a deal when the reality is 6 months or more. The problem is that their hope is that you submit files then quit after 60 days so they don't have to pay you anything. Furthermore they charge a desk fee of $1500-$2000, pending of course how much the deal is worth, so when it's all said and done you make $1500 on a home that sold for over $500,000. These guys are all about making the quick buck and taking advantage of their own sales people. They haven't been doing so well lately so I can only imagine how much longer they will pretend to be in business. Don't waste your time interviewing with this company because you will go broke before you see paycheck.

I have worked for WDRE for six months and from close observation have found them overly fair, honest, and caring. I have owned and operated many businesses and understand the difficulties of meeting the concerns of all. For myself, Integrity is the one thing that is most important- it takes a lifetime to build a reputation of integrity and a minute to lose it. From my close inside observations, the integrity of all managers and owners in this company are exceptional. I have seen numerous cases where they put the bottom line dollar fare below the needs, concerns and best interests of others.
They operate in a very professional manner, with great efficiency, honesty, and hard effort. I understand that there are many great variances in what employees expect- and many of them are not realistic, vindictive, or a tendency to entitlement. I just can't see even the smallest indication that any part of the claim maid by the supposed employee could possibly be true. It's claims just go to far off the character of what I have seen the Management of WDRE to express.
I wish this "past employee" luck in his next job and hopes he gets along better with his employer. The short sale industry is an emotionally tough industry due to the ways the banks operate. I can see how some could get frustrated. For myself, I love it and could not imagine a better place to work.

To All,
Wholesale Direct Real Estate has researched our records and has only had one person named Rose work for our company. Our records indicate that Rose was compensated on all commissions and earnings per her agreement. Upon contacting Rose to gain clarification she informed us that she did not file this complaint and offered to assist us with our rebuttal.
Wholesale Direct Real Estate has been a licensed California Real Estate business since 2001 and takes complaints like this very seriously; if any past employee feels they were not compensated correctly please contact us immediately 858-737-7995 and we will research our records for accuracy.
