We had found that a third party payment processor was infact the culprit in our payment issue. We had cancled a payment through the third party and it said it went through on both my end and WHT's end and was not infact the case, that was an error that occured a while back, we started the automated payment back up and then when we went to cancle and move to another account it said it charged from the origanal account we had cancled a month prior to this argument, something happened at the payment processor and would have actually charged us twice for our service with WHT, I contacted the thrid party and asked them to varify all payments were stopped and they said they're were two still in the system and they appologized and said they would check into the error. My sincere appologies, P.S. I looked all over to find a way to delete the report, no such thing exsist in plain sight..

This client was in partnership with another person and he, cancelled the paypal subscription before the next payment was due I emailed them both about the cancelled subscription I emailed them about the payment not being paid and with proof of the none payment to paypal I asked them for proof that it had been paid i.e. the transaction ID but after several emails they did concede that they where wrong and the payment was not paid
