We are sorry to hear of the dissatisfaction that you have received from our company and our customer service. We do strive to reach 100% customer satisfaction, and we certainly would like to restore your faith in our company and customer service.
If at all possible, could you please provide us with your order number and/or your ticket ID, we would be happy to re-look at your case and do our best to further assist you. We do not expect any of our products to only last 30 days, but the warranty on electronic items is fairly short and we do need to file a claim with our manufacturer within that time so that we can process a replacement for our customers. We do try to extend our policy as we do understand that some items are sent as gifts or there can be delays in testing out our products.
